First, you and Sarah will connect on a phone call and get to know each other, and you'll tell her everything you want out of your vacation. You'll discuss budget, number of travelers, travel dates, specific requests, etc.
We do charge a planning & concierge fee, which varies by trip & number of travelers
If you decide to hire us, you'll receive a link to pay the fee & agree to our Terms.

Sarah will provide you with a proposal for the absolute BEST trip that fits your wants & needs. We can make changes, if necessary, until it's absolutely perfect for you, although our goal is always to nail it the first time!
The turn-around time will vary depending on the trip and supplier.

Once you're happy with your itinerary & ready to book, we will send you an invoice, Credit Card Authorization form, and Terms & Conditions from the supplier(s). We will book everything for you, and send receipts of any processed payments. If you're doing a payment plan, we will communicate all payment due dates, and be in touch to process them.
